Congratulations to Desert Ridge High’s Class of 2025!

Your hard work and dedication have brought you this far and will continue to take you far in the future.

DRHS is proud to celebrate our 529 graduating seniors. 250 students are college/university-bound and 13 are enlisting in the military. 145 have a QPA of 4.0 or higher and 6 are Student Council officers.

DRHS Class of 2025 has been offered over $8,000,000 in scholarships and has completed 10,494 community service hours.

A special congratulations to the DRHS Academic Speakers and Spirit of the Jag Speaker.

Desert Ridge High senior Hayden Saidler

Valedictorian and Academic Speaker - Hayden Saidler

Hayden has a Quality Point Average (QPA) of 4.7632. Hayden has participated in Coding extracurriculars since he was in first-grade all while surviving Biliary Atresia/Liver Disease. 

Hayden has also been a Golden Scholar for each of his 4 years at DRHS.

Hayden will be heading to Arizona State University to major in Computer Science in order to become a Software Engineer.

 

 

Desert Ridge High Salutatorian senior Grant De Micco

Salutatorian - Grant De Micco

Grant has a Quality Point Average (QPA) of 4.76. Grant has excelled in academics and participated in Guitar Club, all while achieving the rank of Eagle Scout and becoming English Student of the Year.

Grant will be heading to Emerson College to major in Creative Writing.

 

 

Desert Ridge High senior Delaney Weissert

Academic Speaker - Delaney Weissert

Delaney has a Quality Point Average (QPA) of 4.641. Delaney has been an NHS member (2022-2025), NHS President (2024-2025), and Blood Drive Co-Committee Head all while working at SanTan Montessori Pre-School, completing a 200 Service Hour Varsity Letter in Volunteerism, and maintaining photography jobs (on and off campus).

Delaney has also received the following honors: Red Cross Scholarship, Varsity Letter in Volunteerism, and Golden Scholar each of her 4 years at DRHS.

Delaney will be heading to Colorado State University Fort Collins to major in Biology in the Honors College in order to become a Pediatric Occupational Therapist.

 

 

Desert Ridge High senior MaggieMae Park

Academic Speaker - MaggieMae Park

MaggieMae has a Quality Point Average (QPA) of 4.63. MaggieMae has participated in JV and Varsity Soccer and National Honors Society, all while helping run the Harvest Park Volunteer Event and being a Seminary graduate and piano student.

MaggieMae has also received the following honors: AP Scholar award, Golden Scholar each of her 4 years at DRHS, Girls' Soccer Scholar Athlete of the Year, and JV Girls’ Soccer Jag Spirit Award.

MaggieMae will be heading to Brigham Young University to major in Cell Anatomy and Physiology in order to become a Pediatrician.

 

 

Desert Ridge High senior Abhinav Jinka

Spirit of the Jag Speaker - Abhinav Jinka

Abhinav has a Quality Point Average (QPA) of 4.68. Abhinav has participated in Robotics Club (as President), NHS (as Vice President), Speech and Debate, AP Club, and Varsity Basketball, all while completing 150+ service hours, PCEP Entry-Level Python Programmer Certification, Certiport Autodesk Fusion 360 Certification, and Certiport Java Certification.

Abhinav has also received the following honors: Sophomore Student of the Year, AP Scholar with Distinction, Desert Ridge Scholar Athlete Award(3.5+ GPA), Engineering Student of the Year, 4 Year Golden Scholar, 2022 State Robotics Champion, and 2022 World Robotics Division Champion.

Abhinav will be heading to University of California Berkeley to major in Computer Science in order to start a tech business.
