Congratulations to Desert Ridge High’s Class of 2026!

Your hard work and dedication have brought you this far and will continue to take you far in the future.

DRHS is proud to celebrate our 503 graduating seniors. 12 are enlisting in the military. 105 have a QPA of 4.0 or higher. 10 are Student Council officers: Madelyn Moreno - Senior Class President, Dallas Kish - Student Body Vice President and Spirit of the Jag, Whitney Muller - Student Body President, Kai Perkins - Community Service Executive, Josanei Caldwell - Senior Class Representative, Kaden Garrett - Senior Class Representative, Anazayah Gear - Senior Class Representative, Furaha Mushi - Senior Class Representative, Kate Olsen - Senior Class Representative, Tavin Powell - Senior Class Representative.

DRHS Class of 2026 has been offered over $25,000,000 in scholarships and has completed 1,475 community service hours.

A special congratulations to the DRHS Valedictorian, Salutatorian, Academic Speaker, and Spirit of the Jag Speaker.

 

Treyson Caryl - Desert Ridge High Class of 2026 Valedictorian

Valedictorian - Treyson Caryl
Treyson has a Quality Point Average (QPA) of 4.77. Treyson has participated in National Honor Society, Black Student Union, Football, Volleyball, Chess, and Golf, all while being a Golden Scholar for 4 years, being awarded Sophomore Student of the Year, and attaining Eagle Scout rank off-campus.

Treyson will be heading to the University of Arizona to major in Business or Data Analytics.

 

 

 

Sahil Bhakta - Desert Ridge High Class of 2026 Salutatorian

Salutatorian - Sahil Bhakta
Sahil has a Quality Point Average (QPA) of 4.74. Sahil has participated in National Honor Society, Tennis, Golf, and Chess (serving as Board 1/ Team Captain and making Varsity Chess as a freshman). Sahil has also been a Golden Scholar for 4 years.

Sahil will be heading to Arizona State University to major in Physics in order to become a physicist “who advances humanity.”

 

 

 

Elin Burger - DRHS Class of 2026 Academic Speaker

Academic Speaker - Elin Burger

Elin has participated in Softball for 4 years, National Honor Society, and Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, all while completing 150 volunteer hours during free time.

Elin has also received the following honors: Golden Scholar (4 years), Honorable Mention for Softball her freshman and sophomore years, and 2nd Team All Region her junior year.

Elin will be heading to Johnson and Wales in Providence, where she earned a full scholarship for softball, to major in Biology.

 

 

 

Dallas Kish - DRHS Class of 2026 Spirit of the Jag

Spirit of the Jag Speaker - Dallas Kish

Dallas has participated in Student Council for 4 years (and is currently Student Body Vice President), Photography for 2 years, and Track. 

Dallas was unanimously voted Spirit of the Jag by DRHS teachers.

Dallas will be heading to LA Film School to major in Animation.
