About Me

I have lived in Arizona since 1999, when I moved here from Oregon where I was born and raised.  I went to Portland Community College and received my associates degree in general studies.  I then worked for a large trucking company called Consolidated Freightway's in the accounting office for 14 years.  After moving to Arizona I went to University of Phoenix where I received my Bachelor's in Business Management, and then my Master's in Education.  I have worked at Desert Ridge High School since it opened in 2002 and have taught in both the Business department and the Family and Consumer Science department.
